Yeah, it's mind-boggling. The title fight in 3 weeks still doesn't have lines up but the line for Silva/Diaz has been up for months. It makes even less sense considering that the Aldo/Mendes lines were already out when the fight was scheduled for UFC 176. The opener should be right where the 176 lines were when they were taken down.

It's just because it was a simple copy and paste from euro openers. They do that sometimes for Euro events.
