I can understand how it could come off like that. I seem to approach my bets differently to others, I think I'm more disconnected, on a personal level, from my wagers than most other posters here, so when I call a wager bad, I think of it like telling someone that they made a bad play in poker; intended to be constructive and helpful. I think in sports betting, people are more likely to think that if I have a negative opinion of a wager, I must have a negative opinion of their gambling ability, which is not at all the case.
I wasn't trying to be insulting, I was a little bit surprised you interpreted my post as you did, which I do believe boils down to a difference in mindset. Certainly wasn't intended as a knock on you or anything.Comment -
