Speaking of taking the high road. Do you feel there is a conflict of interests with selling picks for lines you yourself have set? Sub question, who do you think Nick is scamming, 5dimes or his own customers? Sub-question B, if it is 5dimes, do you think Tony would have him killed if he realized?

I don't think it's that big of an issue. He sets the lines (which are usually very solid) and then he offers bets on what he thinks can make you money based on his own personal feelings and how much the lines have moved. The betting public shifts the lines after he sets them, so I don't see an issue with him offering advice on bets to make.

Besides, all the betting sites are making plenty of money. The money Kalikas is helping his premium members make is likely a drop in the bucket. If his service gets super popular and he's still doing very well, then that could be an issue in the future, but as of right now it's not.

I used to hate Luca cause of his pretentious tone (and that's just who is he), but he's tried to back 'er down a bit. I also hated him cause at one point he said he liked tennis more than mma so I just stopped listening to him at that point. But, I think he gets it now. He knows what he's looking at so he's definitely worth listening to.

I like the at odds guys too. It's easy to sit back and shit on people, I know if I gave effort I could do a podcast with a bunch of winners but it's hard to smoothly talk about. Chances are the people shit talking them would stutter like a retard trying to do one.

I give Nick the benefit of the doubt as far as conscious intent goes, but opens Green +170, bets it +140. Opens Laflare +120, bets it even at -120. Overs in benavides and Jorgensen fights the same thing. More often than not seems to be the case. Wouldn't be surprised to see him with some busted up legs.

If he likes laflare enough to bet him at -120, then why open him as the dog? More profitable for him that way, if the dog line holds, but his answer would be that he felt the public would bet McGee so opened McGee the favorite. That's all assuming that you want balanced betting. Which they shouldn't if he thinks laflare wins. Then they should open laflare a huge favorite so people bet McGee as the dog. ...rambling again. Just seems like he's opening his leans at nice prices for him to bet it. Did he really think people would come in on the under in the Benavidez fight? Doubt it. Open everything at even and it'll cost you maybe 500 an event in erroneous line openers to get a balanced line. Must pay him peanuts.
