At +400, there appears to be value on Thompson.
Pulev has allegedly been avoided by Tomas Adamek, and Tyson Fury chose to take on top-contender David Haye over the unbeaten Bulgarian.
With less than 10 KO's to his record, the -550 Pulev has one key victory on his tally, an 11th round dousing of unbeaten Peter Ustinov.
The 41-year old Thompson feels that a knockout in 8-rounds is the ticket for him in this scheduled 12-rounder. Considering the odds, Thompson may need a knockout to win, but based on his last 2-fights against David Price, the Washington D.C. heavyweight may be well capable of delivering such a result.
Pulev has good offensive/defensive footwork & good all around speed as well. He will try to use his jab on the outside & use an in & out game as well. Thompson's southpaw jab, excellent timing & one punch KO power will foil much of Pulev's game. The money will continue to come in on Pulev. I would wait till the day of the fight then pull the trigger on Thompson. He can win via TKO or decision.

Price was a very limited fighter.... but I do think there is a good chance Tony can win here. So far, the only person who can beat him at this stage is seemingly Wlad.
      He's a southpaw, so there's a look for Pulev
I don't know... I probably won't touch it, but there's a good chance Tony can win

I don't think he has one punch KO power... sadly, I don't think British fighters have a strong neck

Though Pulev only has a few fights as pro he is a well educated boxer with a lot of amateur fights. For example he beat Odlanier Solis as an amateur. Imo if Thompson won't be wore down by Pulevs jab it will be a12 rounds ud for Pulev

I'm not going to touch the fight, but I'm rooting for Thompson for Thompson/Wlad III because it's that damn hilarious

Is anyone seeing an over/under on Matthysse-Garcia?
And who do you think Golden Boy will back with the judges should it go to a decision?

Who are you picking for David Haye vs Tyson Fury? I see an over/under of 9 1/2 rounds.

@ 3-1, have to play Fury. Great odds for a guy who has a hell of a chance to win.
