Sea bass
Chalots, carrots, pepper and broccoli. Sauce is Lemon and Butter.

Whenever i win big moneyz betting i go to a restaurant, eat something great and try to reproduce it the following days. Some awful shit has come out of this kitchen but i can say this is even more perfected than the restaurant's.

This one and my port wine sauce.

It reminds me of some of the meals I've had in Greece. Lots of heavy lemon, butter sauces, with rabbit, yum.

you fools ever tried keshi yena? i had it in aruba - one of the most flavorful dishes i've ever tasted. i think chef should try to recreate it and report back. and no grains involved nunya!

Sounds good, I try to avoid dairy though too, so 50% cheese, 50% beef seems like a no no.

I need recipes with only veg and meat.

Best dish I've ever had in my life was Pastilla (not the same as pastistio mentioned above) at this moroccan restaurant in LA. It's basically pigeon stuffed into a philo dough pie with cinnamon and sugar, sounds penetrating disgusting, I know, but its amazing.

lol doesn't sound bad actually. I'm a fan of savory/sweet dishes. The one I mentioned has raisins in it.

I can eat whatever I want. I choose to not eat processed "food" that no one should touch. Remove grains and sugar from your life and see how much better you feel in a month.

$25 a cup is too much, you can buy a whole bag of the stuff for < $100.
