just to remind u guys of a few fights i was on where the books ****** up: shabalat shamalev +230, joey beltran +260, dennis siver +250 vs nunes, steven siler +450 vs cole miller, jimy hettes +250 vs dat phan, khabib +250 vs shalarus, barao -220 over jorgensen, colton smith +200 over ricci, i can go on and on and on and on... the point is, the books penetrate up all the time, this is just the latest. ildamar alcantara +200 vs wagner prado is also an off line... you guys never learn. if you don't think the current line on sarafian is great, then you should question for capping capabilities. you're making the newb mistake of evaluating fighters based on previous match ups but not also based on their potential. if i were to simply go by khabib's previous fights before he got to the UFC, I would have never bet on him, especially as such a big dog. but i clearly saw great skills, heart, and ultimately a lot of potential from him. i knew with every ounce of my being that he would be able to best shalarus, i told everyone on the forum as much as i could. i tried to get people to hit that big dog, as i have done with other good plays i've spotted.

I don't like to side with Gabe but I am big on Sarafian. I have $412 to win $250 on Sarafian, my biggest play for this Brazil card. I figure if Mayhem with bad knee can connect Dollaway, Sarafian head and cage movement will have no problem connecting too. Since I don't see Dollaway finish Sarafian if he manage to get it to the ground, than Dollaway need to take Sarafian down every round. It is very difficult for Dollaway to close distant when he is not explosive and have a shot chin. Even if hit the ground, Sarafian don't plan to stay there. He will get close to the fence and wall walk. But good luck either way!

The quick standups has to be a concern if backing Dolloway. Dolloway is going to have to be very active which may lead to him looking for more subs/gnp then usual which could aid Sarafian in gettin back to feet or even reversing position and ending up on top.

Yeah, the home court advantage too. The fan will make sure the judges know every time Sarafian land a punch. Sarafian is much stronger than Mayhem who have a bad knee and his cardio is better too. I cap Sarafian at -200 but I never cap fight over -250 because I never willing to pay more than -250 juice. Yeah $412 is my biggest play this weekend, too stressful to bet 4 figure if line going against me. I was fortunate to have JDS line go from -140 to -220 otherwise I am looking at 5.2g in the hole for the UFC 155 card.

But too much confident on a fighter is bad luck...lol. I was very confident on JDS, Eric Silva, and someone was very confident on Nate Marquardt. I think if you can get Dollaway at +170 and you think Dollaway take it, than it is a good play. Anything could happen in a fight!

But actually gonna put a little one on big Alcintara, he's not as undersized as I was expecting and Prado's not too well-rounded, he's just hyped because he's got a good back story, if Alcintara gets him to the ground I could definitely see him getting the submission.

Also might take Craig. Markes is a really good grappler obviously, but it's gonna be hard to impose his physicaility on a guy that big and in the stand up Craig has the edge.. Prices on both just seem a little extreme, and one upset outta the 2 is gonna be decent profit.
