#107"I don't want to get into details, but it's been both (physical and personal problems)," he said. "I'm recovering from the injury, things with my body. I've had other things going on. I have some coaches here helping me, but my main two coaches weren't able to make it with me out here, so I've just had some hard things to deal with.

#109Probably worth maxing Gonzaga whilst he's at -110 on Pinnacle. I guess Rothwell's line might end up back at +130 to +150 range like it was on sportbet for a bitComment -

#114i have no idea why anyone would be backing safian at the current odds!?
have a look at safians pro wins the vast majority of his wins are against guys with dismal records, his losses are both against wrestlers. He had some great leg kicks he used in the tuf house but i wasnt that impressed with him his tdd seemed a bit sloppy.
Take into account he is coming off an injury and hasnt fought in ages and is making his debut.
Lets be serious cb isnt a world better and his chin can be a bit shaky, but i see him easily getting safian down and roughing him up en route to a 30-27Comment -

#116Michael Bisping: "My jiu-jitsu (has got) better, my wrestling's better, my boxing…you'll see it on the night, I've made huge advances there in the head movement department. Mentally I'm great, physically I'm great, I did 25 minutes of sparring this week with very very good guys, big guys, and I didn't even get punched once. They didn't land one glove."Comment -

#117I reckon Belfort thinks his arm will be raised!...
"I have a lot of respect for him and I think he's a great fighter, a fantastic one at that. I've learn a lot from him, so I'll be ready. But he'll face a hungry guy, and a guy who has learned a lot. He's a fantastic fighter, but my arm will be the one that is raised, and he knows that deep in his soul. He knows I will be motivated enough for the fight. My arm will be raised for sure, my arm will be raised. That's something that I'm doing today. I'm winning this fight today in every aspect you can imagine, with all the respect, no arrogance at all. I've got more respect for Michael Bisping than Michael Bisping has for himself." -Vitor Belfort via FightersOnlyComment -

#123Barboza line moving from -345 to -305, don't know much about his opponent Martins but has a bunch of KO's on his record. -305 for Barboza seems reasonable after that Varner lossComment -

#124Groan.
Was hoping for a better line for Barbosa, but it IS moving up...I'll wait to see what happens.
Still no new bets for this card, sticking to my original 4 small bets on Vitor, Gonzaga, Sarafian, Tavares....Comment -

From gabe:
just to remind u guys of a few fights i was on where the books ****** up: shabalat shamalev +230, joey beltran +260, dennis siver +250 vs nunes, steven siler +450 vs cole miller, jimy hettes +250 vs dat phan, khabib +250 vs shalarus, barao -220 over jorgensen, colton smith +200 over ricci, i can go on and on and on and on... the point is, the books penetrate up all the time, this is just the latest. ildamar alcantara +200 vs wagner prado is also an off line... you guys never learn. if you don't think the current line on sarafian is great, then you should question for capping capabilities. you're making the newb mistake of evaluating fighters based on previous match ups but not also based on their potential. if i were to simply go by khabib's previous fights before he got to the UFC, I would have never bet on him, especially as such a big dog. but i clearly saw great skills, heart, and ultimately a lot of potential from him. i knew with every ounce of my being that he would be able to best shalarus, i told everyone on the forum as much as i could. i tried to get people to hit that big dog, as i have done with other good plays i've spotted.
Alright, will somebody unban the kid? Or Vaughany, you start being the middle man.Comment -

#139Books release incredibly off lines all the time, this is one of them.

I do miss Gabe but hes no messiah. Since Gaberz like it we MUST like it?
I think C.B. takes it.
So what is gabe or you saying? He should be -300?Comment -

#140Honestly, I'm looking forward to being able to just sit back and enjoy this card.
Its the first card in a few months I have no plays on. Sure a couple bucks for shits and giggles, but that really doesnt count.Comment
