No, maybe deposit 100% bonus, but not sure. I didnt bet any fixed odds, i dont know of any fixed match, i bet match which i choose depends on my own betting experience.

Thank you for contacting Cloudbet support.

This is an investigation in respect of betting events that are suspected of being fixed.

As previously advised, the investigation can take up to six months.

Cloudbet will contact you accordingly when the investigation is complete.

Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

I haven't heard of Cloudbet being involved in this before, but it's annoyingly common for Euro licensed books to refer suspicious betting patterns to ESSA, which regularly takes 6-12 months to complete investigations. (and then release everyone's money almost every time at the end)

    OFFICIAL EMAIL from Montenegro authorities:

"Što se tiče priređivača E-Gambling Montenegro DOO, koncesija za priređivanje igara putem interneta ovom društvu je oduzeta 30.06.2017. godine, a Ugovor o koncesiji za priređivanje putem automata ovom privrednom društvu istekao je dana 04.02.2018. godine i nije produžen."

    Translation to English:

"As for the E-Gambling Montenegro LLC organizer, the concession for Internet games to this company was seized on June 30, 2017. On the 4th of February, 2018, the Concession Agreement for automated automation was expired. It is not extended."

its pretty funny what they want:
    1. id with clear photo all 4 corners
    2. verify identity document not longer than 3 months
    3. selfie with ID, but whats funny you must have written "cloudbet" and "actualdate" on your hand.

thats funny, also as they want to confirm that they have license and they want to solve your problems via official account "cloudbet" on this forum.

I think it's by your hand. some stupid bitcoin exchanges have same KYC. you have to write on a piece of paper the company name and date.
