i have to look into friedrich for col, Lynn has been regressing hard core and this low humidity extreme heat is not good for his high fastball...almost has to be over/col tt ov or fade stl in this one..gotta do some looking into friedrich

Didn't cap Royals game. Lean under in ATL (Hoye ump), Cubs don't hit lefties well and Braves have decent history vs Garza. That said, all depends on which Minor shows up.

may be the right way to go with the whole 75 pitch count thing, that said rox pen hasnt been terribly overworked this series and has been decent last 2 gms... im still pretty early in on capping this one, all thought so far have just been what ive seen from stl lately..just looked at friedrich and think he certainly has a chance to get thru 5 w/o cards doing much damage.. add in fact Lynn has been getting tagged, cant even remember the last time he made it past 5.. if you were around last year you would know i raved about lynn when he was called up and solidified the pen but either the innings are catching up to him (very possible) or as i mentioned this extreme heat low humidity is really hurting him as he loves throwing the high fastball and gets a lot of fly ball outs..

thanx brother....something about when i can take your numbers/thoughts on a gm and add my own little twist i come up with solid plays...as i said yesterday when JJ gave me the screw job "i would make that bet 1000 more times" and this seemed very similar in a way...hopefully brew crew can get Buehrle out of there and get to fish pen for you...
