Good Luck this week, I semi imploded this weekend but still came out +9... that Nationals ending was the worst... Me and my wifey were watching it and she said 3-1 is under 6, with one inning left you should win right... I said "closers always find a way to blow it" the 9-3 finish wasnt unexpected bol this week my friend, look forward to the plays

thanks spladle. yeah the Phils/Nats under loss hurt. first of all, i got a bad number, costing myself about and extra .5u in juice. then, of course, the actual game. ninth inning turned a good week into decent week. i can't be too surprised given that i had a lot of fortunate breaks go my way in April and regression is clearly coming (i say that with the sense of foreboding as when they say "Winter is coming" in Game of Thrones). that said, still sucks to end the week with a loser, much less a big play that means a 6.54u swing. oh well, on to Monday.

i dunno, RD, i've had some nice Sundays. i think that it might be advisable to keep things a little smaller, perhaps.

it's officially raining in Cleveland as of a few minutes ago, and these are not scattered showers. i think we're looking at rain on and off (more on) all day. this doubleheader is officially in jeopardy and i'm completely passing on both games because this will make things so unpredictable. perhaps we can find out where some umps are, though (Danley, Iassogna and L Barrett in particular).

well, my weather forecast turned out to be about as reliable as my picks on Sunday, at least for the early game. while the forecast still calls for scattered showers tonight, the sun has come out in the past hour or so and the weather to our west looks good. radar shows that storms that were expected to hit us all day have move to the north. night cap may be okay weather-wise after all.

i would definitely lean KC after Red Sox had that marathon game last night. two things that concern me: i have no faith in Jonathon Sanchez and Royals hit only .216 against lefties. that said, it would be KC, under or pass for me on this game probably. BOL whatever your decide.

not crazy about paying juice to play the Reds here, particularly given that it was, at least in part, a fade of Gallardo.

wish that i had the stones to back the Mets, particularly earlier when it was in the +170 range.

I just played the Reds as action so Im still getting the +115. Should I still go or no?

i say yes. if the line had moved enough that you were now getting a significant plus-money number on the Brewers, then it might be worth it to play Brewers and scalp some winnings, but i don't think that will be possible here. i wish i had Reds +115 action...

i still like the Reds, just not as much. with Estrada, i have Reds at around -110 or so (vs line of -103), while with Gallardo, i had Reds at around -105 (vs line of +111), so i see about half as much value with pitching change. that said, Brewers are banged up and off extra innings on west coast. also starting to take a shine to Rockies +104.

You might wanna check your book's rules. Normally they will change your line to the new opener, after the pitching change.

man, i like to play unders with Darling, but i don't know that i can truck an under with Harrison and Matusz on the mound, O's pen completely wiped out, a breeze to left and Darling on a 5-1 over run to start the season. Rangers and O's both hit LHP better than RHP too. gonna have to think on this one.
