its the opposite of an A3 play, so i wanted to cover myself coming into the season in case hitters started to dominate again. pitchers still own the game, and will for the next few years. these will not be 8u plays next year - more like 3u. i dont see the logic.....if A3 is 25-10, and finishes 25-15 i would have screwed myself by upping the units from say 5 to 10u when 25-10.Originally posted by JBT

last year A1 was something like 2-8 after 10 games, and then went on a 10 game winning streak. some people came in here telling me i should have ditched the system when it was 2-8.
bottom line - my mentality is to stick with what i believe in when i make a system in the offseason. takes the emotion out of capping and assigning weight to plays during a cold streak.Comment -
