guy pitches a great game (where he was getting stronger into the game) and you're going to read into his pitch selection and look for something negative. brilliant....

It was just an observation of mine. He didn't use his curve nearly as much as he did vs. Philly. I'm not saying it's 100% right, or that playing Texas is 100% right. I wasn't trying to rip your pick at all -- I just thought we were discussing the game.

i saw in another thread when someone was ripping you, how you claimed to be up in all sports YTD. Thats like Sam Rothstein, Billy Walters shit right there. You should document your plays in a thread like i do if you're going to claim such greatness.

i read on espn before that during batting practice balls were dying big time. apparently pujols crushed a ball to center and it didnt even make the track.

could be a record for coldest world series game in history (which i found odd being in the 40's).

(5u) cards +150_i think the fact that the rangers dont have that ace to lean on will make a big difference in this series. HUGE edge in the dugout with Larussa>Washington and i think both offenses are a wash. Both bullpens have been excellent in the postseason so thats a wash as well. I will take the dog with home field advantage.

Washington should be fired Saturday morning by Nolan Ryan if the Rangers blow this - which i feel they will.

Cards heavy tomorrow on top of the above.

Friday 10/28 - Game 7:

(5u) cards -140_once again tonight i see Washington making poor decisions in the National League where baseball is much more of a chess match. Ogando is almost worthless at this point, and i have full confidence in getting to Feliz in a close game. I cant see the Rangers coming back from that type of defeat. Not much into World Series historical trends, but they point to St. Louis as well.
