          Saint

I know Pair of 5s in real life, he likes to break balls.

He's a poker degenerate who slept a total of 4.5 hours in 3 nights on our trip out there. He skipped out on TWO dinner's with the rest of his crew because he couldnt peel his degen ass away from a $1/$2 NL game at the Venetian.

His last dying words will be, "Make it $17"

Wow, I can't believe you actually know him. I'm not sure if I ever would want to meet anyone from here. I like money but I'm not a big fan of humans.

Oh, and by the way...Ian Kennedy doesn't know how to pitch.

                The Sports Network

"Kennedy, one of the young arms being counted on by the Yankees this season, has struggled mightily in his seven starts, going 0-3 while pitching to an 8.48 earned run average. After a brief stint in the minors, Kennedy returned to the Yanks on Thursday, but was tagged with the loss against the Tampa Bay Rays after surrendering five runs and five hits in five innings of that one.

The 23-year-old righty was hammered for four runs and five hits in just 2 2/3 innings in losing to the Orioles earlier this year. "

I just hit the auto-fade switch.

                    Saturday

-Diamondbacks are hitting .189 vs righties on the road. They hitting .188 vs righties in their last 10 games.
-Randy Johnson has faced only one team this year whose offense is equal or better than the Braves: Houston. They hung 6 earned runs on him in 4 innings.
-Braves are hitting .306 vs lefties at home.
-Braves are 20-6 at Turner Field, DBacks are 10-11 on the road.
                    -Chipper Jones.
-Campillo shut out the Mets in his first start and has fanned 24 in 27 innings with a 0.88 WHIP. Big Unit's WHIP is 1.40.

I know this line is based on a Hall-of-Famer on the mound, but my wallet doesn't care about bronze statues. Johnson is more medicated than a nursing home.

                      2nd Play Saturday

This too rich to pass up, even at -170. If I could parlay it I would, but Bodog doesn't allow parlays on this type of wager:

Tampa Bay first five innings -170. Trachsel's WHIP in his last three starts is 2.21 and his ERA 9.53. TB is 17-8 at home, and they are going to get to Trachsel early. Trachsel has given up 7 HR in 32 innings. Do the math on that and then decide who is going deep today for TB. Jackson's ERA in his last three games is 0.44!

                      Money time

                      TB First Five -170

Wager TBD by results of first play.

Longoria homers in bottom of 1st to put the Rays up 4-0.

Francouer just homered for the Braves win.

                            A good day, Lock!

                                Sunday

Cubs are 9-2 vs Pirates this year, and I think their success will continue today.

-In his last three starts Lilly has been a machine, with 27 Ks in 18 innings! He's given up only 13 hits in that span.
-Maholm is 0-2 in his last three with a 5.89 ERA. In May, Maholm has not given up less than four earned runs in any of his starts.
-Cubs are hitting .329 vs lefties over the last 10 games, and .305 vs lefties overall.
-Cubs available bullpen has ERA of 3.06 overall and 1.31 in their last three games.

Couple more notes about this game....

Lilly is hitting .267 this year and the Cubs are 4-0 in his last 4 starts. Basically, Cubs are getting an extra bat in the lineup today.

Neither team is scoring many runs over the last 10 games and both pitchers have had recent success against the other team. Both teams have more unders than overs on the season, and so does the ump.

I'm seeing a 3-1 type of game under the lights, where Contreras is more dominant (at night).

                                          Yeah, WTF. Tough loss there.

Neither team is scoring many runs over the last 10 games and both pitchers have had recent success against the other team. Both teams have more unders than overs on the season, and so does the ump.

I'm seeing a 3-1 type of game under the lights, where Contreras is more dominant (at night).

HATE to fade my favorite team, but it's time. KC cannot win today, so I'm parlaying their loss with the worst road team in baseball: the Rockies.

-KC offense is at season-worst right now and facing a pitcher in Marcum who rules at home.
-Rockies are 8-16 on the road and today they have their worst pitcher on the mound, and they are without Holliday or Tutilowitzki.

In its last four games versus southpaw starters, Washington has been held to eight runs in 24 innings while losing three of those contests. Zimmerman, who leads the Nationals with eight homers and 27 RBIs, may not be in the lineup against Wolf.

-Matsuzaka is 3-0 with a 2.28 ERA and a .148 opponent batting average in four outings away from Fenway Park. Ichiro is only 1-for-12 with two walks and three strikeouts versus Matsuzaka. The Mariners (18-34) now own sole possession of the worst record in the majors. Monday’s loss dropped them to 1-5 in games tied after seven innings. Bautista has a 9.90 ERA at home in 20 innings.
