TORONTO in my opinion is okay..whats weak about toronto in my opinion is the bullpen, and their performance lately...last night they looked DOWN down! big time..nothign going their way...

and i cannot lose out on them two nights in a row... plus, my quick assessment included above has them as 60% chance winners, and their price is -124, which is 60% chance of winning! so its pretty fair price...

Im out on that game, and the MAIN reason why is that TAMPA BAY is in the race right now...any moment they turn on the NOS and who stops them?\

CIN/PIT under looks to me like a SLIGHT chance in the under..if you track both teams history this second half, everytime CIN is favored by -170 or more its like dead even the O-U, and everytime PIT is dogged by -170 or more its slightly UNDER more than over, i think...

Maholm was hit hard by CHC and WSH and CINCI is looking to bounce back from their losses, specially the tough loss yesterday against COLORADO in the last inning...

but its tough to say CINCI is slowing down jsut because they lost..yesterday they jumped up 5 runs ahead in like 2 innings, so tough call bud...

I would play PIT TT UNDER 3.5 if they gave you the hook, but otherwise, im stayin out of that game...

maybe the CIN FF -.5 line is good, let me check teh price

That's all really interesting man. I am a big dog guy most of the time and I can tell you that PIT has won me some money this year. As well as the Pooston Gastros, KC Royals and Baltimore Borioles.

FLORIDA MARLINS @ WASHINGTON NATIONALS

I like this game, not on the sides, but on the game total. These two teams love batting against each other, so more specifically, interested in the OVER 8.5.

In August alone these two teams have met 6 times, and of these, 4 times the total has gone OVER 8 runs.

Florida bats have been fire lately with an average of 7.75 runs per game the last 5 games.

This club has faced tough opponents, including a four day visit in Philadephia, to lose the series 1 games to 3.

After their last meeting, WSH went on to have 4 games OVER 8 runs in a row, to then slow down to a METS pace the last two days.

I see this game going either way, and I might want to place a side on FLA due to the change in competition, facing PHILLIE, and now coming to face an easier NATs ball club, but the NATs have a definite pitching edge. Some ppl might like Sanabia, but read the secondary stats and youll see what im talking about.

Regardless, I think the FLA bats have been facing stiff competition lately and still managed to get their barrels on the ball...so, I like FLA warming up here to bat...

Plus, WSH has been cold lately, but i see them with a chance to turn it around here and light up the board.

Either way the game goes i see a hitting fest. These two clubs always bat well against each other, and i DEFinetely do not see a pitcher's duel here.

My main game for today, although there are other interesting ones, is:

St. Louis Cards @ Atlanta Braves

This game is interesting me because i have personally stayed OFF STL during their recent cold streak in August and into september. I cashed them a healthy amount in July when they were teh WALK OFF team, but I have been waiting for their turn around.

Today's game is ALL about pitching, and this is why. I dont only like STL because C Carpenter is on the mound, I like them because ATL was left limping after Jurjenns SHORT outing yesterday. He only pitched 3.2 innings and gave up 7 runs. 6 OTHER pitchers were called to the mound after him by ATL. This depleted and drained their BULLPEN.

So now the question is, can Minor have a solid outting to leave their BULLP out of this?

I think Carpenter can out pitch him by a mile. CCap has been amazing all year, AND LATELY. his recent losses are not attributed to him losing, but instead to NO RUN SUPPORT.

On the STL side, can they bat tonight? Every single one of MInor's games in the league (5), has gone OVER this year. i think he will give STL a few layup pitches to knock out the park.

I think, at least for tonight, STL continue their rhythm and light it up. CCARP should have a shutout game ANY DAY NOW.
