Brian you are obviously doing your homework and catching on to something... I have them both listed as strong leans in my thread..but I am leaving them as leans mainly because of them being road teams...my filters are extremely strong for both of them... GL if you decide to play them... I would be surprised if either does not win a game in those series...

I ended up with quarter units placed on each since ive got dodgers and rangers as well as my own play on mets. How do you guys feel about score in first inning chases that have been popping up? Daba has a thread that has been quite succesful to date (20-0 small sample size) and superblaaze has done killer trend research. Figured i would get your opinions or wondered if you had ever explored this avenue.

Twins won... SD tied right now... I am also on the Rangers and Dodgers...more on the Rangers... GL... TB has really turned it up a notch they are doing a very nice job also against the Red Sox...

Notice one on Covers by Smitler that seems to be doing well. It's always nice to be chasing dogs that win. Blaze seems to handicapping the first inning, where as Smitler just takes the biggest first inning dogs. If it works and makes money that's all thats important BOL Now let's get Texas in.

I really hate these high prices. There are 3 options: A) you could not play today, and if Texas does not win, play them as an A play tomorrow. B) Play the run line today. C) Pass on this series. We will be counting this as a half unit play for tracking purposes.

Saturday July 10 Update

White Sox win Texas loses.

Another brutal loss with The Os scoring 4 runs in the 9th. I'm not going to dwell on it.

With the line over -300 today, here are your options. In order to protect our profits you can do one of the following: A) Play the run line. B) Play the game for just your loses of the A and B bets, don't add any profit to your play. C) Play Texas for your A or B play amount and accept a small loss if Texas wins. D) Stay with the original system and bet it like a regular C bet. (We do not recommend this at this price). E) Stop now and depending on your lines the last 2 days, and since Texas was only a half unit play, you would be down about 4.5 units on this series. Remeber this was a half unit play.

Sunday July 11 Update

Texas losses and we are ending this series. (No D play today)

I wish we would have chose our option E but we wound up doing option C, played our A Play and since this was a half unit play ended up losing 6 units on this series. Over the years we have had alwyas 1 or 2 series losses so this is going to happen. My goal is to win 30 units for the season so we are half way there. This was a tough series to lose, with Texas blowing 2 late inning leads but that's what happens in baseball sometimes. I hate losing, and appologize to all, but I look forward to a strong second half. We'll be back after the break.

Thursday July 22 update

Good morning. Well, we won our 2 plays last night, but we are not happy we had to go to 2 "C" plays. Our objective is to win as many "A" plays as possible, and when we handicap a series we do so, by looking for the "A" play to win. So now we are 2/3 toward our goal of +30 units, so we are going to start protecting our profits. Having said that, we have a some 4 game series starting today. We are not going to play the first game of these series. We may get involved in them if the first game results dicate that we should play the rest of the series. So today,NO PLAYS just patience.
