im not offended at all...they have heart bro...something that is missing in a lot of more talented teams...injuries will be the death of them though...if anderson goes out for the season that will be the nail in the coffin

it would be but thats the life of an a's fan the last 5yrs or so...they need a new stadium badly here and there best bet is san jose but its giants territory and i dont know if the commish will allow it...i hope so though..they will build right next to the shark tank..there owner wants to go to san jose badly

Fryman played in the 90s i believe. I remember him more for his late years with the Indians.

we all know how good the a's were in the late 80's and early 90's...went to the show in 88 89 and 90 winning it all in 89...they also one 3 in a row 72,73,74....havent been there since 90 but we all know why but i gotta say that track record aint bad for a small market team compared to a bigger market like detroit....

the 2002 a's team was probably the best team the a's ever fielded...i still have nightmares of derek jeter making that play at home and jeremy giambi not sliding..

sorry i think i was wrong about the 2002 a's losing to the yankees, it was the twins...the yankee series must have been 2000 or 2001 but that 2002 team i believe was still the best team they ever had

yes of course i remember the big 3...there 4 and 5 starters were aaron harang and the late cory lidle...that 02 team won 103 games(20 in a row during the season)...incredible times my man...it was a hard pill to swallow when they didnt go farther
