I think Troy has played a much tougher schedule, they played OK State and UAB fairly close. Both teams have poor defenses.

Lowe loves the playoffs and raises his intensity level and level of play during the playoffs. I think he could steal game 1 from Lincecum for sure. Especially since the braves have some great fastball hitters and Lincecum has not been the Lincecum of the past 2 seasons this year. In game 2 I love Hudson over Cain. The Giants 5-6 hitters will get outsmarted and owned by Hudson. I think the Braves steal a game, possibly even both games in SF and become the cinderella of the playoffs...and the public is pounding SF with you

Betting against Bobby cox has been a winning bet in the playoffs almost every time he makes it. The guy won 1 world series with some of the best pitching staffs in the history of the game. He isnt a winner.

Nope it's Hanson in Game 2. Hudson pitched on Sunday, I doubt they would pitch him on 4 days rest to begin post-season play. With those pitching matchups, you have to like SF's chances of taking a 2-0 lead at home

Lowe went 5-0 with a 1.17 ERA in five September starts. he's 5-1 with a 1.98 ERA in eight career starts at AT&T Park. He is 3-0 with a 1.32 ERA in his past five starts against the Giants. I'm not garunteeing the braves to win this series I'm just saying that everybody and their mom is on the Giants I'll take my chances with the Braves
