sorry caps. been offline. i liked the mar under the strongest even though they went right down the field. that may motivate their defense. calgary's defense is awesome and when they win big it is from causing t/o's, they have beat edm 56-15 and 52-5 in last month, so edm should be smart enough to be cautious with the ball and hope to keep it low scoring. i usually shy away from over 75 but utep was ranked 115th in total d last year and no signs of improvement. offense has gotten better and houston has best offense in country so this one time i love o75.nice info, kingdom. hey, i opened up a 2-teamer this morning with the Cubs -- which one of your football leans do you feel strongest about? i'd like to close the parlay with some football action tonight -- UN CAL-EDM, UN WVU-MAR, or OV UTEP-HOU? i know everyone in here is on the Houston OV, but i'm a little gun shy -- call it "brandon lang disease". i'm getting 54.5, 46 and 75 in those games, respectively. thanks and good luck.

thanks kingdom. been offline myself. missed the wvu-mar game -- kinda glad i did with 17 on the board already and wvu needing to make something happen in the 2nd half. appreciate the words about the other two games -- guess i'll flip a coin between the college over and the cfl under. as for houston, i'm on them straight and also opened up another parlay with them, so i kinda had them covered already. i've been riding happ ever since he got traded. hope his stuff keeps up tonight.
about your miami comments -- and sargenthooker's comments too -- i understand exactly what you guys are saying about miami. i've been an acc/east coast fan all my life, so i'm real familiar with the canes (and noles) and the talent level in florida. i know shannon is turning it around and i know he has beastly athletes. my point was basically just that before i start taking teams on the road in places like columbus, i'm gonna need to see something more than a couple wins against fla a&m and s. florida and duke, etc. i know the points look good, but osu is my pick to win the title this year and when i look at the two teams on paper, i just don't see how this is as competitive as most people (mainly the media/espn) are making it out to be. i'm gonna pass on betting that game -- just wanted to hear what people were thinking about the 'canes because everywhere i look, they seem to be the popular pick.
and as for fsu, i think they're gonna get a whole different oklahoma than the lazy bunch who played last week. i think stoops is gonna have them revved up big-time. another layoff game for me -- just can't find enough of an edge to like either side. i just think the "return of florida football" is being a little overhyped at the moment. i mean, would a couple 10-pt wins by ohio state and oklahoma really be that surprising? i don't think so.Comment -
