Got mine on the Interent, through Amazon, I believe. It will absolutely help your capping. He tells which refs prolong a game by calling more fouls because they like the attention; which refs let fouls go because they want the game to rap up so they can get home. One amazing thing, before he started betting on games, when he was still new to the league, he was watching a blowout game on TV with some family member. He saw who the ref was (you guys mention this ref a lot in your posts). He told his friend, watch this, this ref -- who hates blowouts -- will "whistle the other team back into contention" (I love that phrase) and sure enough he did. I just finished the part about how in the 2007 playoffs the refs -- who hated Phoenix owner Robert Sarver -- were basically giving guidelines that allowed San Antonio to take their series. To my mind, this book is a must read for a solid NBA capper like yourself. If you can't find it, let me know. I'll track down a way for you to get a copy.
