Long term I usually don't take anything over -150. If you drop a game at >-150 it really kills you for the day and is tough to bounce back from. The goal is to make money not have a high win %. My advice would be to take underdogs you think have a shot at winning and a few low juice favs you feel really good about. O/U are good too. That being said the cardinals lost their last three home games and need a win bad... and some run support

I like the STL and Atl plays. Am leary of that Fla play. JJ isnt the same pitcher as of late. Been stinking it up. I think he could be in for another rough one on the road. Even thought theyre playing the pirates.
