I thought about playing it, but decided I should be pretty strict instead of just adding plays I like. Pitt is a .500 home team but Dodgers last year were well above .500 on the road. I just wouldn't play it because Pitt's home win percentage, although I don't see the Dodgers dropping their first 3.

Hey guys very good start for sure... as good as we could have ever hoped for... I suspect that it gets a little more difficult than that as we move along... it is really nice to start the year without a chase though...

rev... your question is one I had been weighing all day yesterday even as we were winning... my money management structure in the picks thread is definitely a recipe for disaster, so I may have to tinker with it by the end of the weekend... I knew that going in, but felt it a lot yesterday, if even 2 series went to a chase, I would have been up against it...

It is pretty much that I essentially percentage wise doubled my starting unit and cut the length of time to increase it in half... so that even further compounds the disproportionate unit... I was just hoping to start with 400 minimum, if I did, ideally I would stick to what dehoyos laid out... increasing every 20 wins... and actually starting with a smaller bet size... so not sure how I am going to tinker with it now that the season started, but clearly betting less per series seems imperative... as well as waiting a little longer to increase...

Let's keep this train rolling... great start we need to sustain it all season... great job everyone, the dissenters piped down a bit, but they wont be silenced forever until there is a profit in September... Looking like TB is the only play today, gonna update the picks thread now...

Ya great week so far guys. 6-0 is nice. I am going to chase the Dodgers but cut the units in half for that series. I don't see them losing three straight to Pittsburgh. If your tailing, I recommend getting that line quick, it started at -132 and is now up to -170 in a lot of books.
