Best NRFI Bets for July 22
Coming off a 2-0 sweep on Monday, SBR's Dustin Saracini looks to add to his 52-34 (+9.0) YTD record with his best No Run First Inning (NRFI) bets for Tuesday, July 22nd:

Milwaukee Brewers vs. Seattle Mariners (-164 at FanDuel)
Jacob Misiorowski (2.81 ERA) vs. Logan Gilbert (3.39 ERA)
NRFI record: Brewers (58-42) vs. Mariners (50-50)

"Fresh off a NRFI win in this specific matchup, we're coming back to the well with two stud pitchers who shouldn't struggle to get through the first frame unscathed.

Gilbert will kick this play off in style, as two of the projected top-three hitters for the Brewers are 0-for-7 against him lifetime. If he can get past Christian Yelich, who typically rakes versus the right-hander (3-for-6, two home runs), we should be in the clear for this play to hit as part of our best NRFI bets today.

Misiorowski - the NL Rookie of the Year odds favorite - will bring us home against the Mariners, who have yet to take an at-bat against him.

The rookie was dialed in against the Dodgers during his last start before the All-Star break, allowing just one earned run across six innings. He's been one of the best pitchers in baseball since his call-up, and I don't envision Seattle posing much of a threat in the first frame. Let's ride this one with confidence."

Minnesota Twins vs. Los Angeles Dodgers (-110 at DraftKings)
Simeon Woods-Richardson (3.95 ERA) vs. Yoshinobu Yamamoto (2.59 ERA)
NRFI record: Twins (48-52) vs. Dodgers (46-55)

"We're receiving -110 betting odds with Yamamoto on the mound? I'll take that every time. I'd price this closer to -130 with the Dodgers ace starting and his offense reeling on the other side.

Woods-Richardson is quietly one of the hottest pitchers in the big leagues right now, too, after allowing just two earned runs across his last 19 2/3 innings. I hold the utmost confidence in him to get us three outs. While Shohei Ohtani will generally always be Ohtani in the leadoff spot, Mookie Betts is in the midst of his worst career stretch at the plate.

Don't get me wrong, it's always difficult to bet against this Dodgers offense. But if you're going to do it during a 162-game season, now is the time as part of our best NRFI bets today."
