I've seen overnights vary by as much as 20 from books to books/locals and to me, as you said, it's "not big of a difference".

I agree with you completely. I had originally made a post saying that he went with the run line and it wasn't until after I had submitted it that I noticed he also went with the ML. I wasn't able to find a way to delete the post so I had to put some random space filler in there. Sorry about that.

Thank you for the input! I, too, don't think Carpenter WILL throw dingers either. It's a possibility given his early troubles, so that factored in. But the main reason is that the Mets FINALLY have their catalyst back in Jose Reyes and as a bonus, Wright is hitting for power again. So yes, if this pick was in the +185-190 zone, I may not have taken it.
