CC pitched well in his 7 innings, striking out 10, walking 3, didn't give up the front porch, giving up only one run with four hits - all in all, I'd say he was impressive and had a quality start. That is term that each punter will need to familiarize themself with, if they aren't already. It can aid a person for

Another stat that I am beginning to use, as I feel it is more accurate than ERA for sportsbetting purposes, is DICE.

DICE stands for Defense-Independent Component ERA. It's one of the many interesting sabermetrics measures of baseball data. Very cool stuff if you're into it.
