    Conditional Play:

        I ****ed up again....

        Yesterday I had the Angels but wrote down the ****ing Astros instead. Of course Angels won and Astros lost.

        Today the Reds are a strong play for me and for some reason they aren't in the offical post and the ****ing game already started so if I edit the post to add it the crackheads will come crawling out of the woodwork. mother ****er I can't do anything right lately.

            Why was I scared of my biggest plays today??????

            <sigh>

            I look at matchups without looking at the lines first. Then I assign a probability to the game. Then I look at the line.

            Today my big plays before looking at lines were:
            Red Sox
            Phillies
            Pirates

            Then I looked at the lines. MOTHER ****ER
            All -200 +, one -300

            So, I wimped out and put the 3 teams in a parlay to win 3 units. These all should have been 3 unit plays by themselves.

            Each of these games looks like a rocking chair winner.

                            I don't like Zito but just can't bring myself to take a team on a SIX game losing streak.

                            Maybe the UNDER is the play but I don't like that all that strongly either so the Padres/Giants game is a pass.

                            If I did take a side I would have to take the Giants even though I don't like Zito.

                                            When I first wrote those big favs up I had them all to win 3 units. Then I totalled it up after I saw the lines and said "DAYUM, 13 units to win 3, this isn't college basketballl" and I wimped out with the parlay.

                                                thanks for the parlay curious didn't pay much but i still put 400 on it. In hind site I guess I could have took the run lines. non the less a winner. so thanks again.

                                                    Run lines always beat me so I don't play them very much.

                                                    I have this uncanny ability to pick teams that are going to win by 1 run. LOL

                                                                    I noticed that when I print out the basic stats and use a pencil and quickly write up a card based on my first impression, it usually works out. When I overANALyze I usually get into trouble.

                                                                                                    nice hits brother. i cannot believe the haters on here sometimes, the personal messages etc. people need to spend more time being a successful capper and less on things that have no net gain. i have had about the same luck on -1.5 runlines and i have stayed away. just picking the winner is difficult enough in baseball, anyone telling you they can predict margin of victory reliably is not speaking truths.

                                                                                                        Actually, compared to what the haters usually do to me it has been pretty mild so far. The SBR chapter of the Man Boy Love Association (tacomax et al) has been a bit bothersome but other than that its mostly been a lot of brotherly love. And you know how peace loving and lovable I am.

                                                                                                                        Curious take a look at the Reds/Brewers matchup. This one has over the total written all over it. We have shabby pitchers, teams that are both slugging over .350, a park that yeilds the 11th most runs (1.049 PF) and 9th in home runs (1.076 PF). Mixed in with all of this is the desperation by the Reds to overcome the sweep that the Brewers put upon them the last time they faced each other.
