Be careful on the Cubs over guys. It's never as easy as it seems. Lilly has thrown very well in his rehab starts and appears to not have missed a step. Correia has been an under machine at home and most Cub batters who have good numbers against him might not factor into tonight's game (Theriot is out, Soto can't hit right now and Bradley still needs to show that he can hit consistently). The only Padre with good numbers vs. Lilly is of course, Adrian Gonzalez who is hot as hell. Still though, the number is the way it is for a reason. I'd love to hit the over but something is scaring me off.

Thanks Nickel, I posted that a little late but today's another day!

I'm very surprised that the number is at 7.5 again today! I actually grabbed the over last night and bought down to 7.5 when the line was 8.5 and the line has actually dropped over night!!

Be cautious with this one again though, but honestly, the way that Carillo pitched his last outing, and considering his numbers in the minors, I can see no way in hell that this doesn't go over. Maybe buying to 7 is safer, but honestly. The trends HEAVILY favour the under, but never has there been a pitcher like Carrillo throwing. With some revenge in the air I could see the Cubs taking this over by the fifth inning alone.

My money is on the Cubbies today but I'm not taking the over (or the under). The O/U line dropped because, despite a decent month of August, S.D. is still last in the majors in hitting. And the Cubs, besides that one monster game against Pittsburgh, seem to have hit yet another one of their hitting slumps. Hopefully Carillo will cure that and you will cash as well!

Yeah the Red Sox are the only play I'm a little iffy on but I think Beckett is due. Also Romero hasn't been great lately and I figure the Red Sox funk has to break sooner or later. I think Beckett throws a gem tonight and the bats wake up.

Just been in the mood. 6 teamers rarely hit but when they do it's a nice return. There has been a few times this seaons where I was going to parlay, didn't, and the damn thing would have hit. On days where I really like the plays, I think I'm just going to plarlay them from here on out. Not sure though.......

Hey man, I'm new on here. I just wanted to say whats up to you on your thread. A little note I noticed, You and I pretty much picked opposite of you on the Houston/Marlins game. I hope these games aren't in order from most to least confident either.

Marlins -175 $175.00$ to win $100.00... -175 is a little much for Florida to travel to Houston and beat Bud Norris when Bus went into Houston and pounded them. Not to mention that Florida has not won a series in Houston since May 2004. The Marlins went 2-8 in their last 10 games at Minute Maid Park.

Nolasco really struggled last outing even though he has been solid for the most part, I think he is getting in an area of pitching where his value will decrease a bit.
