Yeah, my favorite is the WHIP. I want to know how many walks and hits on average does a guy give up per inning. I never use ERA in my factoring. It can make you blind to the facts.

you know what, i have used a lot of sites but am using yahoo sports more and more. the pitchers home/away (whatever is applicable) whip gets calculated by me as well.

dbacks -150 (2x) - sanchez has a 6.43/1.86 in his last 3 and a 6.88/1.80 career vs arz

yeah, i had been backing some garbage pitchers at +1.5 and having to lay money. if i'm going to lay money, i want a pitcher whos in decent form, thus i added the 1.40 or < whip filter

I have spent the day making spreadsheets and analyzing what picks I've made so far this month. Perusing the threads I've listed all bets made since I began scorekeeping on June first. I have recalculated winnings and losses, so far I am 20-20 (that's not gonna get it done) and I find myself at - 0.74 units. I've laid most my energy on reflections and analysis of the plays I've made, so I won't be in action on any of the game's on tonight's card. Not quite breaking even, but some solace in the fact that I am 8-2 on my last 10 picks. Thanks for the inspiration I get on this board, you guys are great.

Guys I'm feeling a little cocky right now playing with house money today so I'm gonna let you know I'll be on BOS/PHI under 9.5 tomorrow. The cockiness I will exhibit by stating for a fact this line will not stay at 9.5. It will move in my favor by tomorrow afternoon.


I also like the under 9 in the SEA/COL game, but I don't anticipate that one dipping below 9 so I'm going to wait until I see how the first one is going before I book that one.
