jello, I hope you're not referring to me. I've never said any parlay is a sure thing. In fact, I'm on record as saying there is no such thing as a sure thing in sports betting.

My goal is to hit 1 out of 7 parlays I play. I'm 0-3 so far with my "1 Parlay a Day" plays and I'm risking $25 each.

I agree with you, this isn't easy at all, but people can and do make money at it.

Not at all Rogue. Not at all. You have expressed a pretty realistic outlook on your parlays (although I still think they'll grind you down in the long run). But it seems like I see someone post a 3-teamer once a day that they think is a sure thing.

Cavs/Magic under 189 - Lebron hits a 3 with a second left for a game total of 191
Cavs -5 1H - Cavs up 22 in 1Q and end up with 1 pt lead at the half
Arizona up 7-1 in the 7th and gets beat by SD
Toronto up 8-3 over Baltimore in the bottom of the 8th, Baltimore ties it, Toronto goes up 10-8 in the top of the 12th, and loses 12-10.

This is just in the last week and a half, there were others also including the Mets last night.
