That might of been the biggest "reach" on a bet that I have ever made... I guess I woke up this morning and said I'm taking Philly +245 against a Cubs team that I don't think is that good to be +245.. I guess RL could of been a better choice but it's not like I layed the farm down on the phill ML. Record is a record, as long as you don't lose your bank roll while betting then I think your doing pretty well..

FAR too much respect being given to the CLE Indians at home here tonight...where they’ve proven time and time again that they’ve got NO advantage...going just 19-30 overall at Progressive Field in downtown Cleveland. The starting pitching matchup pegs veteran RHP Edinson Volquez up against young phenom, right-hander Cody Anderson and again...just no reason the Indians should be favored against a “top tier” SP in Volquez...even if his “history” against the Tribe is less than stellar given how AWFUL their offense has performed all season and ESPECIALLY over the last month.

The Indians are ranked DEAD LAST (30th) when it comes to hitting RHP totaling just 235 runs this season...13 behind the next worst offense and they’ve been pathetic lately scoring a total of FIVE runs over their L4 games (vs. CWS)...ALL at home! On the flip side, the Royals is ranked 4TH in MLB against RHP in AVG against hitting .274 over the course of the season and if there’s an offense that can BREAK a young pitcher...it’s the HOT Royals who are coming off a dismantling performance against CY YOUNG CANDIDATE Dallas Keuchel. I’m not buying the “strange” price and I’m all over KC tonight...
