April 21: Astros P Dallas Keuchel Total Strikeouts Over 5 [+100]
Keuchel has solid career numbers against SEA in three appearances, two starts. He has tossed 15 IP and whiffed 15 in that span. So far in three starts this season, he has struck out at least five in each start. He's done a nice job or working deeper into games where he should have a shot to get into the 6th or 7th if he is effective. SEA is right in the middle of the league in K rate from its lineup, so they are not overly prone or not prone to striking out. They average a little over 8 Ks per game, a shade over 10 per game @ SAFECO. Lefty starters have had success recording Ks against the Ms with the last three lefty starters they faced totaling 18 Ks, 16 of which came in two games against Kazmir and Millone.Comment -

Kennedy vs. Gallardo. SD has seen UNDERs in 15/19 overall with MIL finishing UNDERs in 13/20. Both pitchers have made four starts with ¾ for each finishing UNDER. MIL is 10/10 @ home this season in favor of UNDERs with SD going 5/7 in favor of UNDERs on the road.

April 22: A's Team Total Over 4 [-120]
OAK has scored four or better in 6/10 at home. They get a shot at Nick Martinez who is trying to stick in the rotation. He pitched decently against TB in his 1st start, giving up just four hits and three runs in 6 IP. Two of those hits were HRs though. The TEX bullpen continues to be somewhat leaky with a 5.95 ERA. So if the A's can exercise some patience and knock Martinez out by the 6th - they should have a chance to add more later.

April 23: Miami P Nathan Eovaldi Total Ks Over 5.5 [-120]
ATL ranks 3rd in K rate offensive my & stands just a few whiffs off leading the league. Through two games in this series, the Braves struck out 22 times to MIA starters. Eovaldi has tallied 6 or more Ks in half of his four starts. He dominated ATL in two starts in 2013. Even with the Uptons out, should be good K opps for Eovaldi to hit this if he can get into the 6th or 7th.Comment -

April 25: PIT OF Andrew McCutchen Total Hits + Runs + RBI Over 2.5 [+140]
Shelby Miller for STL. Cutch is 4/12 against him lifetime. In Miller's start against PIT earlier this season, McCutchen went 2/5 with a couple runs scored and one RBI. He's off a big series against CIN, going 8/13 with three HRs. Over the last three years, he has hit .341 @ Busch with 15 RBI and 14 runs scored.

April 25: 1st Five Innings Indians-Giants Over 3.5 [-125]
Carrasco for CLE is the reason for most of this. He has given up at least four runs in each of three starts. He is struggling to get deep into games, so SF should have some opps to jump out early. Hudson has been excellent, but usually gives up anything he might allow within the first 5-6. I think this has a shot with both bullpens maybe closing the door on an overall over.

3.26.14: Tigers-Twins Over 8.5 [+105]
Sanchez vs. Hughes. Hughes' starts have yielded a perfect 4/4 in OVERs so far with the righty giving up at least three runs in all four starts and the opposition scoring seven or better in 3/4 of those starts by the end of the game. Sanchez has been mostly solid, but has had trouble going deep into games. His four starts have seen two UNDERs and two OVERs. Both pens have been good, but are capable of giving up runs late. MIN remains one of the best OVERs squads this year with 7/10 @ Target Field going OVERs and 18/22 overall. DET has split their six road games with three OVERs and three UNDERs, but are on a four game streak of OVERs thanks to a locked in offense that has now produced 29 runs in those games - 7 or better in three of four.

April 26: Mets P Jenrry Mejia Total Ks Over 5.5 [-140]
NYM facing MIA. The FIsh are the four most strikeout prone team in the league and within a few whiffs of leading the league. Mejia has a solid K rate, amassing 25Ks in 22.2 IP. He has struck out at least seven in 3/4 starts this season. Wheelers K'ed 10 last night in 6 IP. Opposing starters have whiffed double digit Marlins in 3/4 on this current road trip with eight as the low number. If Mejia can keep his walks down and work into at least the 6th inning - this should have a great shot.

Can't believe DET is getting shut down by Hughes. Gonna take a miracle to get this. MIN's one big inning really would have been the best shot, but they hit into a DP with the bases loaded that took more runs off the board.Comment -

Arroyo for ARZ has given up 14 ER in his last two starts with the opposition scoring five or better in 3/4 starts so far. The Phils have scored at least four in four of their last six overall. ARZ has a 7.01 ERA at home from their starters. PHI has several guys who have clubbed Arroyo in their careers.

April 27: Red Sox Team Total Over 4 [-125]
A hot BoSox offense takes on Dickey. BOS has scored 15 runs in the 1st two games of this series and has now scored at least four runs in eight of their last ten. Dickey has given up at least three runs in 4/5 starts, with five or more given up in three of those. Red Sox have mixed success against the knuckler. Ortiz is out today, so that does remove one bat with success - but Pierzynski, Middlebrooks & Napoli (2 HR) have swung the bat well against him. If they can get Dickey out by the 6th, the bullpen could be giving as they sport a 4.62 ERA and over 6.00 in their last ten.
