Not just that. For as bad as Washington chokes year after year, they are so much better overall than Atlanta. I keep thinking they have to turn the corner and pull away from this sorry ass team sooner or later.

Interesting that the Cardinals are dogs in Miami tonight. I'd hesitate and think about that before making a play on StL.

Give me a team with a + at home on a 7 game winning streak anytime anyday.

Ventura is hard to trust, though. I liked it a lot more at +120 than the current number.

With that being said, Oakland is in for the regression of all regressions. Watched them vs. the Twins over the weekend -- their current record vs. actual ability is a joke.

GL today. Like Royals and Cubbies as well. Had no idea that Dodgers picked up Correia, looks like he is starting tonight instead of Haren. A part of me wants to back Verlander but I think I should just pass after they played 19 innings last night.

Almost pulled the trigger on Miami. We'll see how this plays out. I had them at +110 here. Line seems way off; no real reason for them to be a PK at any time vs. the Cardinals.
