RL is taking the chosen team + or - 1.5 runs (-1.5 if taking the fav, +1.5 if taking the dog).

It is used to reduce the juice on the favorite.

Run line But all the pros say its a sucker bet. When you take the underdog at +1.5 lay to much juice.
Just bet it on the ML to win. -1.5 is a different story. Bet it if you like the favorite a lot. Have two win by 2 or
more runs. Good luck.

if you want to play the -1, you play half a unit on the ML and half a unit on the -1.5.
