If you look at the situational stats Cingrani is money against the Cubs current lineup (small sample size of 40 AB though) and although Edwin Jackson has general pitched well over his career against the current Reds lineup Votto and Phillips have both owned him (combined 10 for 26 with 5 xb hits and 2 HR) which should be enough to do some damage early.
