FF ML that i potentially like tomorrow is Cards. Garcia vs Halladay. our pal 2dabank taught us about Garcia FF MLs at home. this is obviously on the road, where Garcia's ERA is almost 2 runs higher for his career. Porter is behind the plate, which is good - he has a relatively wide strike zone and Garcia needs the corners. i think that Garcia vs Phils lineup over Halladay vs Cards lineup is solid, Cards so much more dangerous right now. my big concern is getting comfortable with Garcia on the road, but he was solid in his first road start of the year (at AZ) and both starts in Philly in his career (1 ER apiece).

Biff how do you feel about the royals tomorrow, i always liked fading a pitcher after an excellent outing. I believe bucholz had a no hitter going into 7 his last game...bostons just too hot right now though, hard to bet against them. Still though, shields at +120 range is kinda enticing and the royals can hit.

definitely lean KC for a side, but that game is a giant PASS for me. given what's going on in Boston, i wonder if that game might be postponed, and if it's not, this introduces an unpredictable dynamic. i want nothing to do with this game. frankly, i want nothing to do with the news, but twitter apparently thinks that no one has cable. gonna have to reevaluate who i follow apparently.

i know that i've concluded on my first two seasons of bases that i do better from late April until All-Star Break, and that i'm terrible after that, heh heh. that's one of the reasons that i've kept plays small so far. last year, i was 28u down around 10-14 days in.
