Wow, crappy day so far. I really should consider not betting against Iwakuma. He doubled his K/BB ratio in the second half last year and has continued to pitch like an absolute beast this year.

I hear ya, hoping on a big comeback tonight. I was with you on the rangers and and the tigers, I took a blow in the nuts when San Fran lost. Colorado came through so I didn't lose too much. Anyway, good luck tonight

Anybody know why Cashner started for the Padres? When I capped this morning they listed Richard as the SP.

Richard sick w/ flu like symptoms and Ross is on the DL so they moved Cashner from their long middle reliever spot up to a starter. W/ Ross on the DL, it looks like he may get a spot on the rotation earlier than expected. He does good, perhaps he may stay in the starting rotation but I'd expect him to be on a pitch/inning count for the year.
