I'm riding the Big John Lackey train on this pick. He finally looks healthy after 3 wasted years and completely dominated a (then) red-hot Cleveland offense in his last start. He's averaging over a strikeout per inning which is huge after being hurt for so long. This Phillies offense is really struggling and without Utley in the lineup they are even worse. It wouldn't be so bad if Frandsen was starting in his place because after 30 years he finally looks like a hitter, but Galvis is mostly overmatched.

Kendrick has had two mediocre starts in a row and this Boston offense is not going to lay down for him.

After you posted your picks I went back and compared the pitching match up again, I must have missed how dominate Lackey has been over his last two games. Needless to say I'm tailing this pick now, thanks for the rundown.

I was waiting for a day like this to thank you for the picks you make everyday. Yesterday was the first time I was able to fully capitalize on your plays, I would not play the same amount of units or leave a play or two (usually in fear of high juice) or lose money in NBA or would be late (like on Saturday didn't see until the games had begun). But since a few days have been tailing you unit for unit and yesterday to make it sweeter hit the over and Pacers ML, oh what a fantastic day!! Thanks again!!

Sorry you guys missed the evening games. I've had more than a few days where I absolutely kick ass in the afternoon only to lose everything in the evening, so it could have gone the other way. Hell, if Uehara doesn't give up that HR in the 8th, the Sox likely win in extra innings and everyone's happy. That's what I like to think anyway.

Talk about a dog day yesterday (primarily)!! Some of your early lines changed for the better or worse by the time my book sent me the lines so I got royally fukked on a couple of my plays (Red Sox, Braves, Yankees, Brewers) They had all moved in an uglier direction, and while I typically would hold back the units, I felt so strongly about the Bosox and the Yankees, and kept the units large. All in all, a down unit day for me

Huge movement yesterday at my book yesterday

Boston went from -130 to -150
Yanks went from -180 to -200
Braves went from -180 to -200
Pirates went from -110 to +110

Luckily I missed only the Cards in the late play, was able to get in Astros, Oakland and Padres which saved the day.

Hey RavensFan, looks like they're not such great picks to start the day anyhow. The Orioles pick isn't much more than a feel. Haren started out awful, then looked like vintage Haren, then has gone back and forth. I just feel that Balty can get to him and Garcia can hold his own against this Washington lineup minus Harper. I wouldn't hammer it much though.

The reason I don't have plays on the teams you listed is because I'm not sure what to expect from Lilly, Colome, Walters, or Wacha. I need to see a little more track record before I lay cash on them. Obviously we have a pretty good track record from Lilly, but not much recently.

Cincy's a much better overall team (even with Dusty at the helm) and they're going up against Kazmir 2013, not Kazmir 2007. I'm excited about his comeback, but he's going to need to be more consistent before I give him any respect against Choo, Phillips, and Votto.

Uggghh. Lets just say the couple games you won, I was on the opposite side. And my other big plays were the Yankees and the Rockies.
