I fear you may be correct about the Cards. After watching Gast's stuff his first out I was not impressed. That said he had a miniscule era at AAA. He must have been pin point every start as his stuff is not at all overpowering. Brewers have some blazing bats in their lineup. Lohse bound to well motivated as well after Card's cut him loose. Redbird's stellar starters beginning to dwindle due to injury

Good comeback today buddy! Brewers had the bases loaded with no outs and failed to score, lost runners on the bases, and left a lot of other runners on or it would have been a perfect day.

I saw something a few weeks ago that had a book (not sure if it was online or in vegas) that had lines for every game of the year posted.

It truly is amazing but with all these computer models Iam not surprised . I noticed that they also have lines for the 1st week in college football........anyway we still have a lot of baseball to go........good luck to ya.!

Hey guys just a little FYI while I was doing some capping today: On the plus side: Clev has won 17 of 21, ST.Lou. 14 of 18, TB 9 of 11, NYY 9 of 12,Cin 7 of 9 +9 of 13 on the road,R.Sox 5 str., Oak 3 str.

On the down swing: KC lost 10 of 13, Balt. 5 str., Minn 5 str. and SF 5 of 6......................this list is not complete just what I have gotten to.......hope it helps......................gl

Love Norris's home splits and KC's lackluster performance recently, but I'm somewhat scared by how norris throws to lefties and playing against a somewhat lefty heavy lineup. Wade Davis is most definitely not anything special, that's for sure

CLEV/DET - OVER 8.5 -115 3 UNITS With the wind blowing out to rt/cen. and Scherzer career vs Clev. is 6-4 with a 5.17 ERA and WHIP of 1.458. Kluber career vs Det. is 1-2 with a 8.04 ERA and WHIP of 1.914, there may be some runs scored. Also both pitchers have a low GO/AO ratio (fly ball pitchers)............FYI - one out of every 10 fly balls go for HR's..............................gl

FYI - For you guys that bet alot of yes/no - score in 1st inn: Minn. leads MLB having given up 47 1st inn. runs for an avg. of 1.15 per game. They have given up a score in 1st in 26 of their 41 games.

ya i took that lefty lineup into consideration as well and it almost swayed me to the other side, but HOU has showed improvement over the last few, and they need a series win bad. with one game already under their belt i see the whole team putting in extra effort tonight.

HOUSTON +195.........2 UNITS All know how well Chatwood has pitched, Bedard has done better lately giving up just 2 ER's in his last 3 outings and has a 2.31 ERA vs Rocks. Both teams played a hard 2 game series @ Houston and look for same to continue. Rocks have lost 13 of 15 Inter-league games @ home.............I know,I know Houston was in NL last year, maybe a matter of bad Karma.....I'LL take the +195................................gl
