i was kinda considering that play as well CT, not sure it looks low tho considering CC has been tampa's bitch going back to last yr they have beat him 6 out of 7, they love hitting lefties, and spanks fielding a team of washed up players and minor leaguers..dotn know shit about kid pitching for tb tho, i know he was good against the fish but couldnt make it thru 6 innings and it looks like he doesnt make it thru 6 in the minors all that often either, gotta wonder about nerves as well being his second start and in yankee stadium..i dunno, i played the over cause figure tb get at least 4-5 runs and wouldnt be surprised if this kid was a little wild and yanks plate some runs..tb tt over might be better tho just cause kid is a wild card..certainly dont think taking the + money a bad idea tho considering how well tb hits fat boy.. glComment -
FYI - Tor has won 9 str. and hit 16 HR's during this span. SD has won 12 of 16,SF has lost 21 of 35, Colo. has lost 5 str. , LAA has won 6 of 8,Mil won 4 str. @ home, Atl. has lost 4 of 5 and not hitting, Clev. has won 7 of 9 and getting great pitching, Minn has lost 5 of 6 on road and not hitting, Mets have won 5 of 7, TX has scored 19 runs last 3 games and Rangers also have the best winning % in inter-league play with a.651 winning %.....over the last 4 seasons........hope this helps...................glComment -

Two angles to consider.? - After today only 2 Sundays before the All-Star break. Summer is the time that mangers like to give their players a rest on Sunday. No Sunday is more prevalent than the Sunday before the All-Star break, for the players get Sun.,Mon.,Tue., Wed and Thrus. off. I remember Tony La Russa use to be notorious for resting his players on Sun. I would keep a eye on the Unders here. If you like the match-up, bet the game the night before you will find that often you can save your self a 1/2 a run and/or juice. There are 3 instances were I will not look at the under.#1When the roof is open in Toronto #2 When there is a day game at Chavez.#3 When its hot and humid and the CWS are home..(ball carries like no other in MLB.!)........The 2nd angle is that the 1st game back after the break I will not bet a road team, it,s the Home side or nothing.! For example say SEA. will play at Boston. During the break these guys are on vacation all over...lets say some are in Fld. or London. They are not going to travel from there to Sea. for the team flight to Boston. No they will meet up at Fenway and at all diff. times. As a result they miss team batting and fielding practice. We are all creatures of habit/routine and once this is taken away we may have an "off" day. So by missing the pre game routine I feel that on this on day the Home team does have an advantage........Agree or not that is OK....just thought I would throw this out there................................... glComment -

Houston +178...2 units - Price did well in his last rehab start vs. Class A Bradenton. He has not pitched for the Rays since May 15th and am pretty sure he will be on a pitch count tonight. Price was just 1-4 with a 5.24 ERA Before being injured.! Bedard is coming around he is 3-1 with an 3.23 ERA in his last 9 starts and is 2-0 with a low 1.86 ERA his last 3 starts. Career vs. TB Bedard has pitched 127 innings and is 11-5 with a very solid 3.32 ERA along with 128 K's.....................glComment -

R.SOX -1 -127....2 UNITS - Since coming off DL Pettitte has a ERA of 4.96 and batters are hitting .301 vs him. He is 41 yrs. old and with game time temps. in the mid 90's the heat could get to him early.
