One simple question for SBR please: Is that normal for a bookmaker who blocks accounts and customers money for 12 days and more to be rated A+ ?? i mean , i understand that level of odds and other criteria must be taken into consideration, but technical reliability is a very important criteria too for a bookmaker, so shouldn't Pinnacle be downgraded when one see the catastrophic situation and competence of their IT dept???
