    We earn them for logging in each day, playing trivia when it pops up a couple of times per week, betting with them in the SBR spoortsbook, playing poker, competitions etc.

    Depending on where you live they can be cashed out for stuff like cash in your sportsbook account, gift cards, pizzas and other goods in the SBR store.


    About 1500 = $100 cash in Pinny at the moment.

    Today I again mailed Pinnacle and we got this mail conversation :

    Dear sir,

    I had Pinnacle account via AsianConnect.

    We got a sudden new about you were moving your agent customers to new interface and web page. It has been 9 days since Pinnacle moved Asianconnect and several agent users to Pinbet88.com. When you first moved to this page I mailed your customer service about withdraw problems. You say inquire to your agent regarding this issue at my previous mail, however they say even they reach your top management, they are not confirming any status. I have locked X Euros in pinbet88 account currently and I cannot withdraw them for 9 days because agent say you are still making maintance to tally account balances.

    We are discussing this Pinnacle's behavior at this forum currently :

    They wanted my Client ID and I gave them and answer is this sentence only. Are they saying mail your agent? My English is a bit weak what is the meaning of the person who referred you to Pinnacle?

    I received the same responses about client ID when trying to contact them. Although I never actually gave them my client ID.

    At least now we can have an expectation of Monday/ Tuesday.

    2 weeks time to fix this problem is a little ridiculous, but it is what it is I guess.

    Finally back, but like others my balance is several thousand short. Pleased to see they acknowledge they have an issue and are planning to fix it by Tues. I would advise everyone not to place any bets until then, as that may complicate the issue further!!

    I spec this thread since the issues began. They have problems with account balances, thats funny because untill yesterday my balance was the only which worked there correct, even that got messed up now.
    Would be damn surprisingly if they really fix it soon, for my view, that time frame is far away of reliable.

    If every scum bookie is able to solve any issues into few hours and pinnacle is not into 2 weeks, thats literally poor.

    The fact that cocojobo gets more informations than ac, just showing that either ac must be damn unimportant for pin or that ac cares a **** about customers.

    I'm a PT client. I've been able to place bets the entire time, but am not allowed to withdraw.

    Im with PT, and was able to place bets on some of the affected days. But my balance is way short and I will not place a bet until it is corrected.

    There are different agencys which still allow his customers to use the old working page, that page which everybody of us want to stay.
    But even them have to go to pinbet8 after that "maintenance" if it is right what i heared.

    So you are absolutely right to get upset with ac. They probably wouldnt asked about but even that makes me not satisfie.

    I opened an account literally the day before this all fell apart and going on the 4 days I had to use PinnacleSports before my account was seemingly suspended forever, I don't even see what all the fuss is about. 5D and Heritage offer competitive MLB lines on a daily basis.

    The lines are still not on par with those of pinnacle. Limits are another matter, 5dimes has decent limits. But Heritage limits are way too low.

    5dimes limits you and has soft lines on non-US sports. Pinnacle is "sharp" and has no limits for winning players. Also, try and place a 10k bet on all 3 sites and you'll see what that fuss is about.

In my opinion they told it to calm customers , Yes that's the only reason why they told it, but i doubt they wil will fix anything before the end of tuesday. We're on Monday and for me website can't even be reached ! Despite the fact i use a VPN which works for all websites i want to access, when trying to reach that fuc.....new website i get that message :"Forbidden page. It's forbidden to access our website from your location"?? And yet i use a correct IP address for Pinnacle... Catastrophic... Ridiculous... One simple question for SBR please: Is that normal for a bookmaker who blocks accounts and customers money for 12 days and more to be rated A+ ?? i mean , i understand that level of odds and other criteria must be taken into consideration, but technical reliability is a very important criteria too for a bookmaker, so shouldn't Pinnacle be downgraded when one see the catastrophic situation and competence of their IT dept???

    New site will never work on tuesday, stop dreaming ! After 11 days have you seen significant improvement?? I haven't. I would even say it is worth now. Thousands of euros are lacking in my balance. Some days ago money was lacking too, but that money appeared in pending bets (some bets that had already been settled yet), but now money is lacking and no pending bet appears... Worth as i said. To me, don't expect to use Pinnacle or recover your money this week, i'm convinced it won't work on sunday...
