You cannot change your address at the setting, but I have my old address saved,so i am sure when i will send my documents with my new address 12bet will try to delay or refuse my withdrawal.

As i promised you 12bet did not accept my new address doc.
I sent them 2 address docs, tv internet util and a screenshot from my skrill account with my address

Now i sent them my officially certificated (by public notary) address card.

i got limited at 10bet and clones for several reason.
- If a Bet is canceled (no mater if the game is posponed or wrong odds) - Limit
- after some wining bets
- this Software is one of the worse for pregame betting

Excuse me Everyone,I know this is not the right thread to Post this, But i am Frustrated already. I recently deposited $62 into my 12bet account and i Won $106. Now i requested for a Withdrawal and i was told that my account has not been verified. So i scanned my International Passport and my Bank Statement to them,Till now they keep giving me one or two Excuses. Example;

We are sending an email with further regard to the documents you have submitted for verification.
As an added security measure, our Compliance Department is requesting for another proof of address, different from the one you sent before.
Kindly send us a photographed, high-resolution copy of your utility bill (electric, water, gas, Internet or home phone) that is issued within the last six months. Please ensure that your name, address, issuance date, company logo and some transactions are visible.
You may send the document by replying to this email.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Did your utility bill show the whole page and company logo?

If they are telling you the exact problem this should not be hard to fix?

You are far better to try to get them to approve you than trying to argue they should through SBR but if you can't get it worked out please fill in a complaint form and we can try to help http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/
