    Yep, me too. 2 months now. I have had david from SBR on the case tho and he is giving me regular updates which does give me hope. So hang in there guys, all is not lost.

    A week and half ago I requested the cashout and I'm in the same situation .. The chat says that put me in touch with email support and support tells me that it is processing the cashout ..but looks really bad.

    Hello ,I have a problem with my account in dashbet.I have a withdraw(2900 eu ) from 23.01.2015 and still waiting for it .I did wrote them a few emails and they did not respond at all.Can you help me because I am very worried and I have more money and my account (2400eu). Can you contact them and ask them when will receive my money . ! I need to know what is going on will I receive my money at all ! In the rules I saw that the withdraws via skrill should be in you`re account in a 24h - 48h time frame The first time they said me that they are have a problem with skrill.com.and then suggest me to open netteler for faster .I open account in netteler but I wrote to dashbet.com and nothing answer .After 17 days write to me that my account review .That is funny and awful,I am very disappointed from dashbet.com.I hope help me

    I reckon these clowns are withholding close to 100k worth of winnings from people on here. I'm in the hole for 3300 which really pisses me off as i'm beginning to think theres no chance of getting any. But you KWorthy.... holy shit... thats a big lump of cash. That really hurts

    That's a bit unfair - I dont think any of my emails were rude - they were merely repeatedly stating that my case was urgent - if you check them there are a lot of 'please' and 'thank you's in every email.
    If so I apologise - but I had to keep emailing because I received no response from yourselves until email number 4, which took around 6 weeks, it was frustrating.
    I obviously have not had any further updates from yourself since 11 Feb, otherwise I would not be asking. Thank you anyway.


    Interestingly I emailed Dashbet asking them why my account is now closed, this is their reply within 1 hour:
    We are sorry to inform you that during a random security check, we have blocked your account because we are no longer accepting players from the United Kingdom. This is due to the new policy implemented by the UK Government.


    All your pending withdrawals and balance will be settled normally.

    Hey kwokthy. I'm also dealing with several Dashbet complaints and to be fair, I think if you were to ask any of those people if they felt their cases were also considered urgent, they'd say yes. Everyone's case is urgent regardless of the sportsbook.

    Dashbet is indeed very selective with their responses even with us so when we have news to share about someone's case we pass it on. Until we do there's not much else to say.

    Unfortunately there are quite a few people in the same position. Dashbet just tells them to be patient and they will be paid with no estimate of when. I think this is annoying people more than helping the situation too.

    Right now they are just as unhelpful toward SBR requests but you are welcome to submit a complaint form and we can at least make sure they know we have an interest in your case too.

    Believe me, I know what´s to have account blocked with our funds in there, and not be able to do anything, unless wait and search help with patiente, knowing that there are a lot of people in the same situation and worse!

    But we, all, must reveal each case, so others take precautions.

    There is nothing much to update on Lapinskis. In the last week their generic responses have been slightly more emphatic that people will be paid but still no date estimate.

    Legal action would require an order from the Curacao courts. That could be achieved but I suspect enforcing any order to collect might be just as tough as making a regular withdrawal anyway.

    I have had one otehr report from a player being told the same thing about the end of this month.

    Given that they have steadfastly refused to give any estimate of time to anyone for ages I'd say it's encouraging.

    There is some question if Dashbet holds a license anywhere at the moment. They claim to be regulated by Curacao under the name Radon BV of Emancipatie Boulevard 29, Curacao. But there is no record of a current license on the regulator website any longer. You can send a enquiry/complaint to them at complaints@curacao-egaming.com

    They also claim to be regulated by the FCLRC (Asian zone regulator) under the company name Entex Global Group Ltd. Entex Global does hold a current license but the approved websites shown does not include Dashbet.com. You can send them a complaint at info@firstcagayan.com

    You can ask either of those bodies for advice about the police question. But if it is a business debt matter it's unlikely to be covered by them as a 'crime'.

    Legally wise, you would probably need to gain a court order against one of the companies mentioned in either Curacao or the First Cagayan Economic Zone. And then find a way to enforce it against a company that may well already be broke.

    It's only my opinion and am really sorry to say it Kwokthy but it really does seem unlikely now.

    With the amount you are owed I'd suggest seeking a real legal opinion though. You should be able to find a good solicitor who will consult on the chances of your case free of charge.

    Hi, I have also 1,573 EURO blocked in my dashbet account. I have requested the withdrawal to neteller on 21 Feb 2015 and nothing has happened since. Now they are not replying to my emails and the live chat is closing after 5 seconds.
    I think we should organized ourselves and work together to recover the funds.

    The Gambling Commission from Curacao is not answering to complains. Even if they are licensed in Curacao it should be another authority which protects the consumer clients from such scams.
    Do you think neteller can refund me the money from dashbet's account/ balance they have with neteller? They are liable also if they support such scam sites.

    I have a silver VIP account with neteller and I sent them a message about my case with Dashbet (Entex Global Group Limited).

    I've gave them also the link to this thread to see that many clients have problems with Entex Global Group Limited which is their client also.

    I will keep you updated on what they are saying.

    All the players who want to speak on chat with Dashbet support team have the same experience now....the session is ended in 4-5 seconds and the same message is posted.
    I'm still waiting for an update from neteller support team.
    I do not understand why they allow bookmakers from Curacao to be operated in countries from EU as there is no consumer protection. There is not real supervision in Curacao. I sent at least 15 messages and I did not receive any reply from the Gambling Commission from Curacao.

    My name is Daniel and I am another affected by this sportsbook.
    I have a pending withdrawal from a month ago and had 50 euros to 500 euros balance while trying to make both pre-event and live bet I skipped error message and chat me too close in 5 seconds.
    Yesterday cancel my withdrawal to neteller and perform a full withdrawal of funds leaving my balance to 0.
    I hope we continue among all attentive and can charge either putting pressure through neteller or dashbet betting house.
