Team that jim harbaugh be head coach for in 2015?

As a Raider fan you know I'm hoping Harbaugh comes back! Past decade been pure misery and we need a big name coach with an edge, great track record, and commitment to excellence and shake things up a bit and make heads turn. Gruden is another I'm hoping for but these 2 are top of every Raider fans wish list I think. Not sure Chuckie leaves his cush t.v. job but I'm sure that fire is still burning. And he's said Raiders or nothing he's still one at heart and close to the organization.

Not sure Rex will be a lock for any head coaching job at least not one without a well established Qb that can handle and lead the offense. Ryan has been a clusterfukk and An killer on offensive side of ball. How bout Harbaugh as Raiders H.c. and Ryan as our D.c where he belongs. Now we're talking.
