The Seattle Seahawks have slipped out of first place in the NFC West with a two-game losing skid but have a great chance to snap that slide against the injury-riddled Los Angeles Rams. Read on for our best Seahawks-Rams NFL picks and predictions.

A month ago, the Seahawks were 6-3 and enjoyed a two-game lead atop the NFC West. Now, after back-to-back losses to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Las Vegas Raiders, Seattle enters December outside the playoff picture, half a game behind the Washington Commanders for the NFC’s final wild card spot.

Things are even more dire for L.A,. where the defending Super Bowl champions lost five straight and seven of eight to fall out of playoff contention. Injuries played a huge role in L.A.'s demise. Superstars wideout Cooper Kupp, quarterback Matthew Stafford and defensive tackle Aaron Donald are among the Rams to miss games this season.

With that in mind, here are our top Seahawks vs. Rams Week 13 picks and predictions (odds via Caesars Sportsbook, PointsBet and BetMGM; pick confidence based on a 1-5 star scale).

Seahawks vs. Rams Odds

Seahawks vs. Rams Odds Analysis

The Seahawks were three-point favorites on the lookahead lines, but the point spread shot up nearly as quickly as the Rams’ injury count. Seattle was favored by as much as nine points before the line came back to a touchdown at most sportsbooks as of Thursday night.

There’s also been some back and forth movement on the total, which opened at 42.5, dipped to 40.5 and then came back to 41.

Seattle has drawn 92% of the cash and 86% of the tickets in early betting action, while 73% of the handle on the total has supported the Under.

Seahawks vs. Rams Picks

  • Over/Under: Over 40.5 (-107 via PointsBet)
  • Prop: Kenneth Walker III Over 18.5 rushing attempts (-105 via BetMGM)

Seahawks vs. Rams Spread Pick

Seahawks -7 (-110) ★★★★

At the start of the season, who could have thought the defending Super Bowl champion Rams would be touchdown underdogs at home against Seattle? But that's the state of these two teams, with an L.A. squad decimated by Stafford's, Kupp's, Donald's and other key starters' injuries.

Kupp and fellow wide receiver Allen Robinson are on IR, while Donald will miss this week’s contest due to injury for the first time in his career. Stafford still hadn’t been ruled out at the time of writing, but it would be a surprise if the Rams took any chances on the veteran QB with the playoffs already out of reach.

Seattle can’t afford to overlook the struggling Rams, desperate for a victory to regain its footing in the NFC playoff race. Before losing back-to-back games against the Bucs and Rams, the Seahawks won four straight matchups by double-digit margins, and should be able to do it again. Be sure to shop around for a 7 (Caesars and BetMGM both offered Seahawks -7 -110 at the time of writing) as FanDuel and PointsBet both listed the Seahawks -7.5 -105.

Seahawks vs. Rams O/U Pick

Over 40.5 (-107) ★★

Even with so many of LA’s top offensive players sidelined, this total is simply too low for a game involving the Seahawks. Seattle’s offense ranks an NFL fourth with 26.5 points per game and scored at least 31 in five of its last eight outings. On the other side of the ball, however, the Seahawks gave up at least 21 points in eight of their last 10.

We don’t know who will throw the ball for L.A. in this game — Stafford, backup John Wolford and third-stringer Bryce Perkins are all options — but the Rams should be able to run it. Running backs Cam Akers and Kyren Williams combined to gain 72 yards on 19 carries against the Kansas City Chiefs, while the Raiders shredded Seattle for 283 rushing yards.

Over bettors should take advantage of PointsBet’s -107 totals pricing, especially since other sites like Caesars and DraftKings set the number at 41.

Seahawks vs. Rams Prop Pick

Walker Over 18.5 rushing attempts (-105)  ★★★

The odds-on favorite to win NFL offensive rookie of the year going into Week 13, Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III managed just 43 yards on 24 carries in Seattle’s last two matchups. Game state had a lot to do with that lack of production, however, as the Seahawks were down big early against Tampa Bay and never opened a sizable lead versus the Raiders.

Expert Walker to have more volume this Sunday as Seattle's coaches look to get the young running back on track again. Before seeing a lighter workload the last two weeks, Walker had 18 or more carries in his previous four games, averaging nearly 100 yards per outing in those contests. Running the ball effectively against the Rams should also be a lot easier without Donald to deal with.
