Joel Embiid Under 36.5 points + rebounds (-112)

Embiid kept the 76ers' season alive in Game 5, finishing with 33 points, four rebounds, and eight assists. His points + rebounds combo line of 36.5 is now the second-highest total since February - and comfortably up from his Game 4 total of 24.5.

Basically, it's now time to fade Embiid, who has well-documented playoff struggles in big spots. The Celtics will adjust by sending more double teams at Embiid, since they sent only two his way in Game 5.

Embiid has cleared this combo line in 16 of his 40 games this year, including once against Boston.

Jaylen Brown Under 4.5 assists (-120)

As expected, Tatum's return has affected Jaylen Brown's usage. Brown's usage rating of 31% in Round 1 is 4% below his regular-season average.

According to Databallr, Brown is averaging 3.2 fewer points, 0.8 fewer assists, and two fewer rebounds per 75 possessions in the 318 minutes with Tatum this year. Brown has finished below his points prop in all but one game in this series. He's also failed to clear his assist line in four of the five matchups.

Of the two markets, I prefer the assist angle. BetMGM is offering an absolute steal at -120 for the Under, as this line is -140 or greater at every other shop.

For most of this series, I’ve focused heavily on the player prop markets for Tatum and Derrick White. It took until Game 6, but the market has finally caught up to both players, and the value that once existed on those angles is gone.

That doesn’t mean there aren’t opportunities elsewhere. With Embiid returning in Game 4 and delivering a dominant showing in Game 5, the market has overcorrected on his props. At the same time, it still feels like Brown’s role and usage haven’t been fully accounted for.
