Big men are the focus across Monday's NBA slate, and our NBA player props and best bets are based on the best NBA odds.

Monday's NBA slate doesn't have the same volume appeal after a string of days with double-digit contests across the Association. Still, there are plenty of opportunities for value in the player props market - especially for the top big men across the night's four contests.

The Indiana Pacers and Toronto Raptors face off in Indy, but we’re not looking at a Pascal Siakam revenge narrative. We’re instead rolling with Toronto’s big man, Jakob Poeltl, who faces a favorable matchup against the Pacers.

Jalen Brunson will look to stay hot offensively as his New York Knicks host the last-place Detroit Pistons. The Brooklyn Nets visit the Memphis Grizzlies, and we’ll turn our attention to the proverbial last man standing in Jaren Jackson Jr. Finally, the Sacramento Kings host the Miami Heat, and we’re targeting Domantas Sabonis, who has been on a heater recently.

Here are our NBA player props and best bets for Monday (NBA picks based on odds via our best NBA betting sites; Pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Poeltl has been on a roll lately, and he gets a favorable draw to keep the momentum going on Monday in Indianapolis. The big man has been averaging 13.1 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists over his last nine games, good for 25.7 PRAs. He’s posted at least 24 PRAs in six of those contests, including a 19/11/3 line against Indiana on Feb. 14.

The Pacers are allowing the 14th-most rebounds, third-most points, and the most paint points to opponents in 2023-24. Poeltl shouldn't struggle to score down low, and he’s getting a great opportunity to crash the glass. The veteran is averaging slightly more PRAs on the road than at home, making this wager only that much sweeter.

Jalen Brunson Over 30.5 points vs. Pistons (-120 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brunson is one of the most electric scorers in the Association, and he’s getting a great draw against the last-place Pistons. He went off for 34 during Saturday’s loss to the Celtics, and Brunson has scored 31-plus points in three of his last five contests. His scoring binge isn’t limited to that brief stretch, as Brunson is averaging 31.9 points across his last 16 appearances.

The guard has logged 20 games with at least 31 points in 2023-24, including 12 at home, where he’s a slightly better scorer than on the road. Detroit is allowing the fourth-most points, and Brunson went off for 42 at home against the Pistons when the teams met earlier this campaign.

We’ll take the Over as Brunson looks to get his team back in the win column.

Jaren Jackson Jr. Over 24.5 points vs. Nets (-108 via FanDuel)  ⭐⭐⭐

There aren’t too many scoring options left in Memphis, but JJJ still stands tall in the team's eclectic rotation.

The big man has been forced to shoulder a heftier offensive workload in 2023-24, and he’s averaging a career-high 22.4 points per tilt. He’s averaged 25.6 points over his last 14 outings, including 10 games with at least 25 points. Jackson Jr. has hit this mark in four of his last six affairs at home.

This is a great matchup for JJJ, as Brooklyn allows the 11th-most points on the road and the fifth-most 3-pointers overall. Jackson Jr. is knocking down 1.8 shots from deep per game this season, and he’ll get a great opportunity to score in the paint and hit shots from beyond the arc.

Domantas Sabonis triple-double vs. Heat (+165 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Is there any player in the NBA on a more quiet heater than Sabonis? He’s averaging 20.8 points over his last nine games, along with 14.4 rebounds and 10.9 assists while piling up seven triple-doubles. The forward posted his 20th triple-double of the season during Sunday’s win over the Los Angeles Clippers, and he leads all players in that category.

Sabonis faced Miami earlier in 2023-24 and produced 19 points, 17 rebounds, and 13 assists. The Heat present an unfavorable matchup on paper based on points and rebounds surrendered, but Sabonis has posted triple-doubles against the Orlando Magic, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Denver Nuggets, who trot out three of the top-10 defenses in the Association.

We’ll take these plus-money odds for a matchup-proof Sabonis who's on fire.
