Duke at Virginia AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Duke 3 7 3 7 20
Virginia 7 10 3 7 27

Duke has dropped consecutive conference games after a strong start, while Virginia gets an important ACC matchup at home. There isn't a massive gap between these teams, but the Cavaliers should have enough offensive efficiency to create separation late rather than leaving this entirely to the final possession.

ATS pick: Virginia -1.5

Army at Tulsa AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Army 7 7 6 7 27
Tulsa 7 10 0 7 24

Tulsa is a slight home favorite, but Army's option attack makes this a difficult matchup to prepare for. The Black Knights should be able to control possession and limit Tulsa's opportunities, giving Army a realistic path to an outright road victory.

ATS pick: Army +1.5

Texas Tech at Cincinnati AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Texas Tech 10 14 7 7 38
Cincinnati 3 7 3 7 20

Texas Tech remains unbeaten and is coming off another dominant offensive performance. Cincinnati has been competitive, but the Red Raiders possess considerably more explosive potential and should create enough pressure defensively to force the Bearcats into playing from behind.

ATS pick: Texas Tech -10.5

LSU at Auburn AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
LSU 7 10 3 7 27
Auburn 7 7 3 7 24

LSU responded impressively last week, but Auburn just proved how dangerous it can be at home by knocking off Georgia. The Tigers from Baton Rouge get the narrow straight-up edge, though laying more than a touchdown feels aggressive against an Auburn team capable of keeping this close.

ATS pick: Auburn +7.5

California at SMU AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
California 0 7 0 7 14
SMU 10 14 7 7 38

California was overwhelmed by Wake Forest last week and now faces another difficult ACC road assignment. SMU should have significant advantages offensively and has been particularly strong at home. The Mustangs are capable of establishing a large lead before halftime.

ATS pick: SMU -20.5

Pitt at Miami AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Pitt 3 7 0 7 17
Miami 7 10 10 7 34

Miami remains unbeaten and has climbed to No. 1 in the country, but the spread asks the Hurricanes to win by more than three touchdowns against a capable conference opponent. Miami should control this game without necessarily doing enough to cover such a massive number.

ATS pick: Pitt +20.5

Indiana at Michigan AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Indiana 7 10 3 7 27
Michigan 3 7 0 7 17

Indiana finally saw its 22-game winning streak end against Ohio State, but the Hoosiers remain one of the Big Ten's strongest teams. Michigan has home-field advantage, yet Indiana's defense and overall consistency should produce a bounce-back victory by double digits.

ATS pick: Indiana -7.5

Baylor at Kansas AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Baylor 7 10 7 7 31
Kansas 7 7 3 7 24

Baylor has quietly put together a solid first half of the season and should be able to attack a Kansas defense that has struggled with consistency. The Jayhawks are dangerous enough to keep this competitive, but Baylor has the better overall balance.

ATS pick: Baylor -2.5

Oregon at Illinois AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Oregon 7 10 3 7 27
Illinois 3 7 3 7 20

Oregon has won two of its last three but hasn't looked dominant, including a narrow victory over Nebraska following its upset loss to UCLA. The Ducks should win, but going on the road and laying close to double digits against Illinois looks excessive.

ATS pick: Illinois +9.5

Texas A&M at Alabama AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Texas A&M 3 7 0 7 17
Alabama 7 10 7 7 31

Alabama has now dropped consecutive high-profile games and needs a convincing response at home. Texas A&M has been inconsistent against stronger SEC competition, but 13.5 points is still a substantial number. Alabama wins comfortably without quite clearing it.

ATS pick: Texas A&M +13.5

Oklahoma at Mississippi State AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Oklahoma 7 10 0 7 24
Mississippi State 3 7 0 7 17

Both teams need a response after disappointing Week 7 performances. Mississippi State was shut out at LSU, while Oklahoma struggled offensively against Kentucky. The Sooners have the higher ceiling and should generate enough offense to escape Starkville with a one-score win.

ATS pick: Oklahoma -3.5

Tennessee at South Carolina AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Tennessee 7 10 7 7 31
South Carolina 3 7 3 7 20

Tennessee enters with significant momentum after beating Alabama by 16 points. South Carolina can be dangerous at home, but the Volunteers' defensive front and improved offensive consistency make this a favorable matchup at a relatively short spread.

ATS pick: Tennessee -2.5

Iowa at Minnesota AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Iowa 7 10 3 7 27
Minnesota 3 3 0 7 13

Iowa has built momentum behind one of the country's more dependable defenses and should have a major advantage against Minnesota's offense. The Hawkeyes don't need to score heavily if they consistently win field position and keep the Golden Gophers behind schedule.

ATS pick: Iowa -6.5

BYU at UCF AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
BYU 7 10 7 7 31
UCF 3 7 0 7 17

BYU remains unbeaten after its statement victory over Notre Dame and now faces a potential letdown spot in Orlando. UCF has had two weeks to prepare, but the Cougars have been substantially more consistent on both sides and should eventually pull away.

ATS pick: BYU -6.5

Michigan State at UCLA AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Michigan State 3 3 0 7 13
UCLA 7 10 6 7 30

UCLA remains unbeaten and continues to win in multiple ways, following its upset of Oregon with a defensive victory over Wisconsin. Michigan State has struggled throughout conference play, and the Bruins should be capable of turning this into a comfortable home win.

ATS pick: UCLA -14.5

Kansas State at Arizona State AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Kansas State 7 10 7 7 31
Arizona State 7 7 0 7 21

Arizona State was exposed defensively in its loss to Texas Tech, while Kansas State has been a more balanced team despite an uneven start. The Wildcats should be able to establish the run and create enough scoring opportunities to win by multiple possessions.

ATS pick: Kansas State -3.5

North Texas at Navy AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
North Texas 10 14 7 7 38
Navy 7 10 3 7 27

North Texas has been one of the AAC's most explosive offensive teams and has already scored at least 44 points four times. Navy can shorten games with its rushing attack, but keeping pace becomes difficult if the Mean Green establish an early lead.

ATS pick: North Texas -2.5

Boise State at Washington State AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Boise State 7 14 7 7 35
Washington State 3 7 0 7 17

Boise State has won five straight since its season-opening loss and remains firmly in contention for the Pac-12 title. Washington State has struggled badly, and the Broncos should have clear advantages at the line of scrimmage on both sides.

ATS pick: Boise State -13.5

Colorado at Oklahoma State AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Colorado 3 7 0 7 17
Oklahoma State 7 10 10 7 34

Colorado gave Utah a serious scare last week, but Oklahoma State has been one of the Big 12's better offensive teams and nearly won at Houston. Returning home should allow the Cowboys to dictate the pace and eventually create a comfortable margin.

ATS pick: Oklahoma State -13.5

USC at Wisconsin AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
USC 7 10 3 7 27
Wisconsin 3 7 3 7 20

USC enters rested after its impressive road victory over Penn State, while Wisconsin is coming off a low-scoring loss at UCLA. The Badgers should keep this physical, but USC has the more explosive offense and enough balance to win by a touchdown.

ATS pick: USC -2.5

Vanderbilt at Kentucky AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Vanderbilt 3 7 0 7 17
Kentucky 7 10 7 7 31

Kentucky has become one of the season's biggest surprises, winning five straight after its loss to Alabama. Vanderbilt has dropped four consecutive games and has struggled badly against stronger SEC competition. Kentucky should continue its run with another decisive victory.

ATS pick: Kentucky -10.5

Iowa State at Arizona AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Iowa State 3 7 0 7 17
Arizona 7 10 7 7 31

Arizona has emerged as a legitimate Big 12 contender, while Iowa State has struggled against the stronger teams on its schedule. The Wildcats should be able to control this matchup at home and use their offensive balance to gradually build a two-touchdown advantage.

ATS pick: Arizona -9.5

Ole Miss at Texas AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Ole Miss 7 10 7 7 31
Texas 7 7 3 7 24

Texas has dropped consecutive games and is suddenly facing serious questions entering one of the biggest SEC matchups of the week. Ole Miss has responded from its Florida loss with back-to-back dominant wins and looks capable of pulling off another outright road upset.

ATS pick: Ole Miss +3.5

UTSA at Tulane AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
UTSA 7 10 6 7 30
Tulane 7 7 3 7 24

Tulane just produced an impressive upset of Memphis, but UTSA has won six of its first seven and possesses the more consistent offense. This should remain competitive into the fourth quarter before the Roadrunners create enough separation to cover the short number.

ATS pick: UTSA -2.5

Houston at Utah AI prediction

Team 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Final
Houston 7 7 3 7 24
Utah 7 10 6 7 30

This is arguably the best game on the Week 8 slate. Houston has won four straight since its narrow loss at Texas Tech, while Utah remains unbeaten. The Utes get the straight-up edge at home, but Houston has shown enough balance to keep this within a touchdown.

ATS pick: Houston +6.5
