Following a tweet from ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski, sportsbooks have taken down their betting markets for who will be the first overall selection in the 2022 NBA Draft on Thursday. Coincidence?

Wojnarowski projects the first three selections to be Auburn Tigers forward Jabari Smith Jr. going first overall to the Orlando Magic.

Gonzaga Bulldogs center Chet Holmgren and Duke Blue Devils forward Paolo Banchero will follow, going second and third to the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets, respectively.

Of course, Wojnarowski is relying on his sources, and the draft is still hours away.

However, it’s also clear bookmakers aren’t willing to take on the potential liability that the insider’s sources are correct.

Cowardly or savvy, you be the judge.

The NBA Draft starts at 8 pm EST.
