Nikola Jokic Is A Triple-Double Machine and Narrowing MVP Race
Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic recorded his second consecutive triple-double consisting of 32 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists during a 131-124 win over the Golden State Warriors on Monday.

It was the reigning MVP’s league-leading 18th triple-double of the season, and he’s now averaging 25.9 points, 13.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists for the campaign.
“We did a good job today in sharing the ball and finishing, scoring-wise,” Jokic said. “We ran very well in transition. It’s always nice to have 30-plus assists (as a team).”
The two-game surge has Jokic’s MVP Award odds dipping, and he’s narrowing the gap between himself and the current betting favorite, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid.
