Minicamps around the NFL finished Thursday, so here’s a peek at four emerging and entertaining storylines from the NFC North.

Where Will Robert Quinn Have a Postseason Impact?

The Chicago Bears aren’t going to be competitive this season, and they’re all but guaranteed to move Quinn before the Nov. 2 trade deadline.

Quinn is coming off an 18.5-sack showing last year, and he’s currently listed at +4000 to win the AP Defensive Player of the Year Award at Caesars Sportsbook. He’ll be an immediate boost for a contender.

Jameson Williams Still Has Long Recovery Road Ahead

It’s no surprise that Williams is unlikely to be ready to return to action for training camp. After all, he sustained a torn ACL in his left knee during the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in January.

It is a surprise that Caesars is still hanging a measly +1100 for Williams to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year Award, though.

Mason Crosby Not Kicking Isn’t New News

Cheeseheads have to question whether Crosby was kicking last year, too. His 73.5 field-goal percentage was more than just an eyesore.

Also, is it too early to mention his blocked field-goal attempt at the end of the first half of the Divisional Playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers?

Still, Green Bay has the third shortest odds (-410) to return to the postseason this year at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Eerily Quiet in the Twin Cities

There wasn’t a lot of news surrounding the Minnesota Vikings during the offseason. The biggest question remains whether first-year head coach Kevin O’Connell can elevate the team above mediocrity?

Fittingly, DraftKings Sportsbook has Minnesota listed as a middling -105 favorite to play a postseason game in 2022.
