hehe, one thing I've learned, there is ALWAYS a tendency in sports to think
that what is "now" and happening is better than what happened years before,
because it's happening "now".. and memories fade, and technology in equipment
and stats improves.
Think about it, historical era sports comparisons just do not work and never will.

Without the wind, match will take a different turn I believe when they resume play. Some players adjust to conditions better than others. Some players can't get their game together quick in those sort of shit conditions. Both Berdych & Murray were warriors for playing in that wind. Obviously can't always have perfect conditions, but that sort of shit is brutal for any player.
This was the Djokovic I was hoping to see some against Del Potro to win an over 3.5 sets bet, but the conditions were great that night and Djokovic hit more lines than a coke whore.

What's pathetic, he's shaking head for a good reason, if the conditions were regular Ferru could only be the ball boy for Nole.

Djokovic has the ability to be the best ever. Has to get better on clay tho.

Djokovic is superb on clay, he has proven that. It's not his best, but I think a lot like Federer - he doesn't get respect for being great on clay because of Nadal's dominance. If you look at Djokovic's clay court record since he went to this other level of play in the past year and a half - he's lost to Nadal this year [after beating him last year] and the French loss to Federer in 2011. Otherwise, no one beats him in clay other than perhaps the two best guys on the surface, outside of that stupid Smurf shit in Madrid this year that no one wanted to play on.

I don't think the wind had anything to do with Joker losing games
yesterday. Sure, he has an edge today but that's because he can start
fresh.
The wind hurt Berdych and favored Murray, but I just think Ferrer outplayed
Joker yesterday.

"the best ever" is an overused and inapplicable term in almost all sporting competitions.
